Names

Open Lot Youth is the name of this campus story. MrBeast, Jimmy Donaldson, and Beast Philanthropy names belong to their owners. Use on these pages is descriptive: a charity foundation funded the lot.

Accuracy

Fund figures are a 30 Oct 2026 USD snapshot supplied for this telling: pledged $24.50M, given $15.10M, left $9.40M. Hours, address, and staff names match the campus brief. Photographs are captioned for what they show, which is not always the 1st Street lot.
