3.2 acres · two halls

Lot zones, drawn like a spread.

Gate faces East 1st. Mariachi Plaza sits a short walk west. Soto Station is east. The drawing below is a magazine map, not a surveyed plat. Areas are sq ft first.

How the lot actually works

North Hall holds the dinner steam and the homework porch. South Hall keeps dust off printers and paint. Between them the court stays open unless rain actually falls — rare enough that we still cheer.

Garden beds sit on the Soto side so morning sun hits the trellis. Bike corral hugs the gate. Restrooms in both halls. Water bottle fill at the kitchen porch because Los Angeles heat does not wait for a speech.

Pre-open spend on grade, shade, and halls: $5.84 million from the foundation, already out the door before the first bell.
